Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager based in Accra, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to shape and support the growth of the organization through effective HR practices.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Evaluation
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Requirements
- Proficiency in Payroll Management and HR Software
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
