Job Description/Requirements

What you’ll do.

  • Optimize marketing campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, and other channels to maximize lead acquisition.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive user acquisition for Grass.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and digital analytics to refine marketing approaches and enhance user engagement.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure marketing performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies continually.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to inform future marketing decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies, products, marketing, and sales to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our own strategies.
  • Manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing arrangements. Coordinate with partners for joint marketing campaigns aligned with our brand and business goals.


What you’ll need.

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Opinionated on the best way to do things and able to explain tradeoffs between choices.
  • Experience working in a high output team.
  • A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.


What will stand out?

  • Experience with data tools like SQL and Python, driving insights to influence product & marketing decisions.
  • 2+ years within early-stage software startups in Growth, Sales, or Marketing roles.
  • Previous involvement or a strong interest in web3/crypto technologies
