General Manager & Lead Aesthetician
Seraphim Beauty & Skin Clinic · East Legon, Accra · Full-time
Seraphim is a physician-founded skin and beauty clinic in East Legon. We are looking for someone who can run the floor and deliver treatments — a hands-on leader who holds the team accountable, drives bookings, and sets the clinical standard.
You will manage daily operations, supervise and mentor junior aestheticians, deliver facial and skin treatments, and report directly to leadership.
Experience with lashes, brows and injectables is a plus.
You are experienced, precise, commercially minded, and do not need to be chased to get things done.
A background in clinic or spa management and a valid aesthetician certification are required. Experience supervising junior staff is essential.
