Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Furniture Production Foreman located in Accra. The Furniture Production Foreman will oversee production operations, plan and manage production processes, and ensure product quality. Key responsibilities include supervising production staff, maintaining efficient workflows, coordinating schedules, adhering to safety regulations, and implementing quality control standards to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory and Communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate production teams.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
• Experience in Quality Control to uphold product standards and ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance measures in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing setting.
• Relevant industry certifications or a diploma/degree in manufacturing, engineering, Joinery, Carpentry or related field is an advantage.
