Female Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop

comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience, and market trends.

• Customer Relationship Management: Implement strategies to nurture customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and generate positive reviews and referrals.
• Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings and attract potential customers.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, HND, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the travel and tour industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
• Fluent in English and Local language
• Literate in MS Office and typing speed.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of different destinations and cultures.

Salary Range: GHC 1400.00 – GHC 2000.00 gross gross
