The Opportunity
:
We are looking for a driven, well-connected and organized individual representing Laurentian University in the assigned markets to join our growing team and take our company and platform to the next level!
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.
What you’ll be doing every day:
Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at helping our partners meet their enrollment goals.
Marketing & Outreach:
Participate in education fairs; deliver targeted presentations to agents and prospective students.
Conduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners on processes, top schools/programs, and admission requirements
Promote Service Adoption: Encourage partners to adopt premium services and tools that enhance overall satisfaction and results.
Liaison Responsibilities: Serve as a friendly point of contact for institutional stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand partner-specific needs, troubleshoot any issues, and support solutions for operational challenges.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting partner activities and performance data regularly.
Relationship Building: Conduct regular check-ins with the institution's international recruitment and admissions teams to build relationships and align strategies.
Workshops and Training Support:Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team.
What you bring to the table:
0-1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required to effectively support partners across African markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Extensive travel (15–20 working days per month)
Open to relocation, based on business and regional requirements.
