Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Legal Officer located in Accra. The Senior Legal Officer will handle legal document preparation, provide professional legal consulting, review and draft contracts, and ensure compliance with business and contract law. The role will also involve advising the company on legal implications of business decisions and ensuring adherence to regulations in various aspects of the courier service operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Law and Contract Law
- Experience in Legal Consulting and providing actionable legal advice
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and review
- Strong understanding of Law as it pertains to commercial and corporate practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, with a license to practice law in Ghana
- Prior experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and ethically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
