Company Description

Qace Company is a new start up company specializes in Vehicles, Heavy Equipment and Tricycles Rental services in Takoradi and Accra - Ghana. While Neurus Ghana offers Software as Service platform. The two companies need Corporate Lawyer / General Secretary to support the Companies Operations & Governance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer / General Secretary

•
Reporting to the Chairman / CEO.

•
Perform duties of both Corporate Lawyer & Secretary.

•
Provide legal advisory to the Company.

•
Represent the company on legal matters.

•
Oversees the crafting, negotiate, contract and review of legal documents on behalf of the company.

•
Filling annual returns and financial statement.

•
Maintaining & Compliance with legal, financial, and statutory regulations

•
Authenticating company documentation & Corporate Secretarial Services

•
Corporate Minutes & Resolutions

•
Coordinating, Schedule & Advising Board of Directors

•
Develop and maintain a filing system.

•
Documenting financial, employees, customers & external partners information.

•
Establishing and maintaining the company's registered office as the address for any formal communications.

•
Perform other duties delegated by the CEO / Chairman.

Qualifications

•
Bachelor of laws (LLB) Degree.

•
Membership of the Ghana Bar Association or Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

•
Minimum 5yrs experience as Corporate Secretary or Corporate Lawyer.

•
Legal compliance and regulatory knowledge

•
Professionalism and competence
