What We’re Looking For
We are seeking skilled electricians who have experience working in construction, real estate, manufacturing, and facilities.
Technical/Behavioral Skills

• Wiring and Installation: Residential, commercial, or industrial wiring; conduit bending; panel installation
• Fault Finding & Repairs: Ability to diagnose faults systematically using multimeters, testers
• Reading Technical Drawings: Interprets electrical schematics, blueprints, single-line diagrams
• Safety Compliance: Knows and applies local electrical codes; uses PPE correctly without prompting
• Power Systems Knowledge: Understanding of 3-phase, single-phase, earthing, and load calculations
• Safety-First Mindset
• Attention to Detail
• Team Collaboration
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience across the indicated industries
• Trade Certificate in Electrical Installation (NVTI / NABTEB / TVET)
• Electrical Safety Training (From a state-owned/accredited private and technical institute)
• Electrician’s license (Energy Comission of Ghana/ country-specific requirement)
