Ecommerce Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do: 

• Audit, coordinate and optimise all aspects of digital marketing and e-commerce, including website, app, social media, and email. 
• Generate commerce campaigns (tentpoles) that can be executed across each of our digital channels e.g. social, email, push notifications, content 
• Day to day point of contact for our affiliate partners responsible for securing best commission rates for key brands 
• Identify new partnership opportunities with brands, retailers or affiliate networks 
• Management/ownership of our profile on affiliate networks 
• Leverage trends, evaluate and adopt new tools or technology. 
• Collaborate with digital team to ensure all parties are clear on commerce deliverables 
• Identify key revenue trends by channel and make recommendations to the wider marketing team where appropriate 
• Understand the commerce user journey and make recommendations for improvements where necessary. 

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in an e-commerce/affiliate marketing role. 
• Confident in managing affiliate platforms such as AWIN, Skimlinks, Impact  
• Complete understanding of commerce conversion funnel  
• Proven track record of executing digital commerce communication plans 
• Ability to dig into sales data to identify trends and insights that be used to optimise performance of our cross-channel marketing plans 
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
• Good team player mentality with a proactive attitude. 
• Creative, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail.
