Key Responsibilities

Executive and Staff Transportation

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services for company executives and staff members
• Plan optimal routes considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and time constraints using GPS navigation
• Maintain confidentiality regarding passenger conversations and company business discussed during transport
• Assist passengers with luggage, documents, and other items as needed with courteous service

Vehicle Operations and Maintenance

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections including tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, and general condition
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for service at all times with meticulous attention to detail
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately to management with detailed documentation

Construction Site and Logistics Support

•  Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to construction sites when assigned with care and precision
• Navigate construction zones safely while adhering to site-specific safety protocols and regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials under supervision with attention to safety procedures
• Coordinate with site managers regarding delivery schedules, access requirements, and timing constraints

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience and Education

• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with demonstrably clean driving record and reliable performance
• Valid Ghana driver's license with no major violations or suspensions in past 3 years
• Must exhibit exceptional driving qualities including defensive driving, route planning, and safety consciousness
• Basic education level with ability to read maps, follow written instructions, and complete documentation accurately

Technical and Operational Skills

• Proficient operation of sedan vehicles with demonstrated capability for occasional pickup truck operation
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accra metropolitan area roads, traffic patterns, and key business districts
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including checking fluids, tire pressure, and identifying mechanical issues
• Strong proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile communication devices for coordination and routing

Personal Qualities and Professional Standards

• Excellent punctuality with consistent reliability in attendance, performance, and professional commitment
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for executive-level service and company representation
• Strong customer service orientation with courteous, respectful communication style and positive attitude
• Complete discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and passenger information

Language and Communication

• Fluent English communication proficiency for effective interaction with diverse passengers and international colleagues
• Local language capabilities essential for navigation, local interaction, and community engagement
• Clear verbal communication skills for coordination with dispatchers, management, and site personnel

Additional Requirements

• Physical fitness adequate for extended driving periods and occasional manual labor with materials handling
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and respond promptly to emergency transportation requests
• Clean background check with no criminal record related to theft, violence, or serious traffic violations
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive company orientation, safety training, and ongoing professional development programs

Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Permanent full-time position with the company's subsidiary
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend availability as required
• Overtime: Additional hours beyond standard schedule compensated according to company policy
• Vehicle Assignment: Primary responsibility for company sedan, occasional pickup truck operation
• Accommodation: Negotiable arrangements - housing allowance or company accommodation may be available
• Transportation: Company vehicle provided for work duties only
• Work Environment: Mix of office compound driving, urban transportation, and occasional construction site access
