Key Responsibilities:

Transportation & Logistics

• Safely transport staff, management, clients, and/or goods to and from designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient and safest routes to all destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off in accordance with scheduled trips and instructions.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods or luggage where required.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

• Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections including checks on fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, and lights.
• Keep the vehicle clean, neat, and well-maintained at all times
• Report any mechanical faults, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced regularly in line with the company's maintenance schedule.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to all Ghana Road Traffic Regulations and company driving policies.
• Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to speeding, reckless driving, and mobile phone use while driving.
• Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts and that safety protocols are observed at all times.
• Report any road incidents, accidents, or near-misses immediately to the relevant authority.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain an accurate vehicle logbook recording all trips, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.
• Submit fuel receipts and trip reports as required by management.
• Run official errands such as deliveries, collections, and document dispatch as directed.
• Be available for early morning, late evening, or weekend trips when required.

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Ghana Driver's Licence; Class B, C, or relevant class (mandatory).
• 2 – 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
• Strong knowledge of Accra's road network, including Satellite Town, Tema, Ashaiman, Nungua, and surrounding areas.
• Must reside in Satellite Town or its immediate environs — this is a strict requirement.
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic offences.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a professional, courteous disposition.
• Ability to read and understand basic written instructions in English.
