Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Rider based in Accra. Responsibilities include collecting, transporting, and delivering medications and medical packages promptly and securely. The Dispatch Rider will maintain communication with the office, ensure accurate recordkeeping of deliveries, and adhere to safety standards and traffic regulations. The role also involves conducting minor vehicle or motorcycle checks to ensure proper functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in safe riding and knowledge of traffic regulations in Accra
• Ability to manage timely and accurate delivery services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance
• Time management and organizational skills
• Relevant work experience as a Dispatch Rider, with a valid motorcycle license preferably( A)
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems is an added advantage

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents responsibly
