Job Description/Requirements

What you will be doing:
  • Creating engaging programmatic display advertisements either from concept to completion or leveraging our client’s existing assets.
  • Develop and design interactive HTML5 banners for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring compatibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Create dynamic and visually appealing animations and motion graphics using tools such as Google Web Designer, Adobe After Effects, Animate, and other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute animations that enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of digital ads.
  • Using your exceptional communication skills to interpret creative briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback.
  • Applying quality assurance tactics to test every creative for functionality and accuracy before delivery.
  • Developing new, innovative ways to bring advertisements to life, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on programmatic channels.
  • Leveraging critical thinking to spot opportunities for workflow efficiencies using new and existing tools, including AI.

What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Proven experience in creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and paid advertising.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in HTML5 and CSS, including the ability to design, create and troubleshoot complex and interactive display ads.
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including fundamental knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in motion design or animation.
  • Experience with asset optimization for digital, mobile, and/or video platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Web Designer or proficiency in Adobe Animate.
