We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Coach to lead our team of international designers, illustrators, and video/animation specialists. As the Design Coach, you will be responsible for managing the team, fostering their growth and skills development, planning and overseeing schedules, priorities, and deadlines, and ensuring projects are delivered within standard turnaround times and estimated budgeted hours. Your expertise in design, illustration, and video/animation will be crucial in leveling up our team's skills and keeping them up to date with the latest tools and techniques.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative strategies.
- Allocate resources, plan schedules, and manage priorities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to standard turnaround times and estimated budgeted hours.
- Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Proven experience as a Design Coach or similar leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in design, illustration, and video/animation, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, data visualization, animation, After Effects, Premiere, video editing, and illustration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creativity.
- Demonstrated track record of managing projects successfully, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of emerging design tools and technology trends, with a willingness to embrace and implement new solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
