Design Coach - Client Content

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative strategies.
• Allocate resources, plan schedules, and manage priorities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to standard turnaround times and estimated budgeted hours.
• Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Requirements;

• Proven experience as a Design Coach or similar leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in design, illustration, and video/animation, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, data visualization, animation, After Effects, Premiere, video editing, and illustration.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creativity.
• Demonstrated track record of managing projects successfully, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of emerging design tools and technology trends, with a willingness to embrace and implement new solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
