Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Join as an early member of the growing Wonders design team and meaningfully contribute to shaping the team’s culture and processes
- Own the user experience for key high-visibility product initiatives at Wonders, all the way from initial concepting and prototyping through to development, launch, and continued iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and more
- Participate in and lead user interviews and user research to ensure we’re always solving for their core needs
- Working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning and growing

About you:
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Demonstrated experience owning and driving design from ideation through to implementation and iteration
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, especially with product and engineering but also with cross-functional teams and leads
- Experience conducting user interviews and user research
- Bias for action and a drive to get things done, wearing multiple hats as needed
- Excitement to build products for restaurant owners and operators
