Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Accra. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading food and beverage products to customer locations and company sites. Daily tasks include reviewing delivery schedules, inspecting vehicles, securing loads, and following assigned routes while adhering to traffic and safety regulations. The role also involves verifying delivery documentation, obtaining required signatures, handling basic cash or receipt transactions when needed, and reporting any delays, incidents, or maintenance issues. The Delivery Driver will interact with customers in a professional manner, support basic warehouse tasks such as assisting with inventory or equipment operation, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a helpful, solutions-oriented attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Three (3) years minimum experience or comfort with google map and local routes.
• Background or familiarity with food and beverage products, including safe handling practices, product care during transport, and attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Basic sales or upselling awareness is beneficial, including the ability to represent the company positively and support account relationships during deliveries.
• Ability and willingness to participate in training, learn new procedures, and follow company policies, including health, safety, and quality guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record, and proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
• Good time management, route planning, and basic navigation skills, with reliability in meeting delivery windows and working a full-time schedule.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
