Job Summary
As a Defense Energy and Climate Policy Analyst, you will help lead the DoD’s responses to a dynamic energy market supporting critical national defense missions. We help our clients analyze and test policy initiatives in virtual and real-world case studies for future release as enterprise-wide initiatives. We will use your functional experience and expertise to develop technical and data-driven solutions that will help solve the challenges of the next decade and ensure mission sustainability. Our projects touch every aspect of energy, climate, and infrastructure, and include the analysis that affect projects on the leading edge of energy-technology innovation, including vehicle electrification and fleet decarbonization, EV charging infrastructure, installation resilience, and renewable energy distributed generation microgrids. You will build relationships with clients around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You need to thrive on autonomy and be entrepreneurial in how you analyze your procurement, policy, and program management expertise.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 10+ years of experience working with energy and climate
- 2+ years of experience with federal organizations such as the DoD
- Knowledge of major energy trends, including resilient infrastructure, distributed energy, and electrification
- Ability to be pay strict attention to detail and be meticulous with record keeping, ensuring project records are maintained for communication with the highest levels of government leadership
- Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully work multiple projects simultaneously
- Secret clearanceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree
