Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a System Administration or System Engineering role
- 3+ years of experience in administrating UNIX, including Red Hat (REL)
- Experience administrating SPLUNK
- Experience installing or configuring devices, applications, and security tools
- Experience troubleshooting network infrastructure, and automating deployments
- Knowledge of optimizing system operations and resource utilization
- Ability to recommend process improvements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- DoD IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:Â
- Experience operating and maintaining Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, including Operating Systems
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and devices
- Experience maintaining accreditation and compliance under the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience creating system and network diagrams
- Knowledge of different layers of the technology stack, including network, application frameworks, database systems, and vendor solutions
- Ability to use automation tools and Infrastructure-as-Code to manage installations, pipelines, and scripting
- Linux or Cloud Certifications
