- Minimum of Diploma, HND, 1st Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in customer service or any related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
