Perform the duties of a Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • Receiving incoming mails and calls.
  • Update clients record
  • Developing and sustaining long term relationship with clients t encourage repeat business and client referrals
  • Providing financial advice and cross-selling companies products and services.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of companies products and services to advise clients accordingly.
  • Manage and resolve client issues and differences


Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma, HND, 1st Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in customer service or any related field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
