To assist with customer service inquiries by phone and in person, ensure clients are attended to promptly upon arrival and deal with administrative tasks required on a daily basis.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with customer service enquiries by phone and in-person
  • To ensure clients are attended to promptly upon arrival
  • To deal with administrative tasks required on a daily basis.



Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have a good knowledge of using Microsoft Office as a short test will be taken
  • Speak fluent English, communicate effectively and ensure customer service delivery is a priority
  • Must be willing to work on weekends
  • Referees should be included on application or cover letter
