Job Summary

SARI Workers Cooperative Credit Union limited (SARI WCC LTD) is looking for a self- motivated and dynamic person to fill the position of Customer Relationship Officer (CRO). He/she must possess the following qualities: Computer skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, Intelligent, enthusiasm, flexibility, high-energy level, good judgment and ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision. Prospective applicants should reside in Nyankpala, Tolon or Tamale and its environs. Applicants who reside outside the above mentioned communities must be willing to relocate closer to Nyankpala.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Mobilize savings and loan repayment in the field.
  • Prospect for new members
  • Provide credit counselling to members on how to use their loans properly
  • Help credit officer or the manager to vigorously pursue loan defaulters.
  • Educate members and prospective members about the products and services of SARI WCCU LTD.
  • Capture new members’ and existing members’ information onto the database.


Educational Qualification and Experience

The applicant must possess a BSC Business Administration (accounting or marketing), B.Com or HND/DBS in Accountancy, Marketing or any related field. Persons with two year’s relevant experience in a similar position are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in the Dagbani language will be an added advantage.


Remuneration

Qualified applicants shall receive competitive remuneration commensurate with his/her qualification and performance.
