We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Courier Associate to support the growth of our courier network. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and building a strong pipeline of delivery riders and drivers through field recruitment, community engagement, referrals, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified couriers to meet acquisition targets.
- Conduct field sourcing activities across key locations and communities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of courier candidates.
- Execute referral, activation, and recruitment campaigns.
- Engage prospects through face-to-face interactions, calls, and digital channels.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Verify basic courier requirements and documentation.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Diploma, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years' experience in recruitment, field sales, customer acquisition, business development, or logistics operations.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
