Courier Sourcing, Field Recruitment & Pipeline Building

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Courier Associate to support the growth of our courier network. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and building a strong pipeline of delivery riders and drivers through field recruitment, community engagement, referrals, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard qualified couriers to meet acquisition targets.
• Conduct field sourcing activities across key locations and communities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of courier candidates.
• Execute referral, activation, and recruitment campaigns.
• Engage prospects through face-to-face interactions, calls, and digital channels.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Verify basic courier requirements and documentation.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment performance and market insights.

Requirements

• Diploma, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years' experience in recruitment, field sales, customer acquisition, business development, or logistics operations.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
