Job Summary

If you have demonstrated experience in a B2B software company or startup with passion for building a content machine, this is the job for you. They will work closely with the marketing lead and sales team to grow paid and organic marketing efforts to grow the sales pipeline. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content creation and campaigns including strategy development and execution of major assets including the development of whitepapers, e-books, use cases, one-pagers, website content and more.
  • Recommend and define content formats and topics to meet messaging needs and achieve business objectives
  • Establish consistent brand voice and tone for each content channel and their relevant audiences
  • Manage and execute the development of customer testimonials and case studies across media channels
  • Take a full-funnel view to testing / learning / optimizing content and materials to ensure an understanding of the best ways to market and sell to each buyer persona
  • Identify appropriate KPI’s to track and measure effectiveness of messaging and pieces of content
  • Measure all content campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B tech organization
  • At least 3 years’ experience in automation software including HubSpot, Google Analytics
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing content campaigns and assets across departments (sales, marketing, product)
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to test and optimize content performance and inform future strategies and decision making
  • Successful experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and customers to capture company/solution/product/customer information
