Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Develop content strategies to attract and retain the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and guidelines.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and mediums to maximize reach.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Continuously refine and improve content based on feedback and performance data.



Requirements:

  • Strong writing and editing skills to create compelling and error-free content.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in content.
  • Experience in creating content for various platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating creativity and proficiency in content creation.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.






Salary Range: Pay: 1500 GHS per month for a 6-month probationary period.
