Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping Sua Pa AI’s vision, strategy, and operational roadmap. This full-time, on-site position in Accra involves overseeing day-to-day business activities, including market research, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product strategy, contribute to go-to-market plans, and support fundraising and investor relations. Responsibilities include building and managing a small, high-performing team, coordinating with technical and educational experts, and ensuring alignment between business goals and social impact objectives. The role requires hands-on involvement in sales and marketing initiatives, continuous analysis of user feedback, and active representation of the company in meetings, events, and community forums.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities for data-driven decision-making and market understanding.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, inclusive collaboration with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Marketing skills to drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and brand visibility.
• Experience in startups, EdTech, or education-focused initiatives is beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment and taking initiative in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, technology, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
