Job Summary

Our Call Center Agents, communicate directly with customers and distributors to ensure information accuracy and documentation as well as services provided

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level

Job Description/Requirements


  • Provides quality customer service to customers
  • Handles phone calls as well as emails to and from customers
  • Ensures the maintenance of constant communication flow with customers
  • Has a strong understanding of the business and able to answer all questions posed by customers
  • Keeps constant communication with customers until bidding and purchasing is complete
  • Has a good understanding of eCommerce
  • Strong product knowledge on all exhibited-on platform
  • Knowledge of product inventory, data entry, invoicing, cancellations, credits, and any other customer inquiries that may arise
  • Indirect communication with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information and services
  • Able to generate sales from online leads
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma / HND required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Great customer relations skills are a must
  • Strong knowledge of internet/website navigation
  • Must be very detailed / pay attention to detail
  • Must be personable
  • Must have a high sense of service
  • High sense of urgency
  • Careful and judicious
  • Must be very well organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be time flexible and able to work in a shift clock system including Public holidays and Weekends
  • Should be able to work well with others

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and lifting. Must be physically able to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 lbs. Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details.
