Brolly is the intelligent bridge connecting Brokers, Insurers, and insurance customers in Ghana. As we scale our Insurtech ecosystem, we need a relationship-first leader who understands strategic partnerships, business opportunities, and increasing revenue.

You will spend your time where the action is—in the offices of Brokers and Insurers—building trust, solving problems, and driving growth.

​🎯 The Mission

Your mission is to turn sign-ups into high-volume power users. You are responsible for ensuring brokers move their entire Premium Volume off spreadsheets and onto Brolly. By driving high Broker activity, you create the ultimate value for our Insurer partners. When Brokers write business on Brolly, everyone wins.

​📝 What You Will Do

1. Drive Broker Activation

  • ​​Onboarding to Activity: Lead new Brokers from their first login through to their 1000th policy and beyond. You are responsible for the full "habit-shift"—moving them from testing the platform to trusting it with their entire business.
  • Be in the Field: Spend your time in Broker offices to build deep trust and ensure Brolly is part of their daily workflow.
  • 100%Portfolio Migration: Actively work with Brokers to move their offline business onto the platform. Your goal is to close the gap between their total portfolio and what they write on Brolly.
  • Usage Optimization: Identify friction points where brokers drop off and go back to manual underwriting. You fix these "leaks" by training or gathering product feedback.


2. Strategic Insurer Partnerships

  • ​Identify and sign new insurer partners. Own the relationship from the first pitch to a fully integrated partnership.
  • ​Use high broker activity to show insurers the massive value of our distribution network, ensuring they are engaged and responsive on their dashboards.
  • As you build trust with Insurers , you will identify opportunities for them to use Brolly for their direct issuance.

3. Operations & Strategic Feedback

  • ​Maintain a 360-degree view of account health, activity levels, and growth.
  •  Be the ears on the ground. Collect structured feedback from the field to ensure our tech team builds exactly what Brokers and Insurers need to stay active.
  • ​Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries before escalating to tech support.
  • ​Collaborate with the CEO to set and hit ambitious targets for sign-ups and revenue.
  • ​Represent Brolly at key industry events and forums.


​📊 How You Will Be Measured (KPIs)

  • Activation & Depth: Number of active Brokers who reach the "1000-policy milestone" (demonstrating full platform adoption).
  • Retention & Expansion: Month-on-month growth in the number of live policies per Broker. 
  • Total Premium Volume(GWP): The total monetary value of all insurance business processed through Brolly across your entire portfolio of Brokers and Insurers
  • Migration Percentage: The success rate of moving a Broker’s entire offline book of business onto the Brolly dashboard.


​👤 What We Are Looking For

  • ​Experience in the Ghana insurance market (Broker, Insurer, or FinTech). You know your way around the industry.
  • You understand that relationships are the means and Revenue/Activity is the outcome.
  • You are happy to visit an office five times if that’s what it takes to get a partner over the finish line.
  • ​You can explain Brolly’s value simply and confidently to anyone, from an agent to a CEO.
  • ​High-impact presence in person, on WhatsApp, and in writing.


Remuneration

  • Monthly salary + Performance Rewards
  • Other incentives negotiable
