Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Accra. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with employers, and promote company's services to potential partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering feedback from clients, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings and reach revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and maintain professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to onboard clients, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure retention.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably within online platforms or services.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• 5 - 6 years of experience in Service related sales
• Candidates into sales of ISO Certification Services or Marketing Agency would be an added advantage

Salary:

• 3000 - 8000 ghc (Depending on experience)
• Commission on every sales closure
