We are expanding our partner network and are looking for motivated professionals to help onboard educational agencies, universities, and recruitment firms to the Avelnk platform.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Associate who will leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and onboard educational agencies, universities, and recruitment organizations worldwide.
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for ambitious professionals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospective educational agencies, universities, and recruitment organizations.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional communication channels.
Present Avelnk’s partnership opportunities and platform benefits.
Follow up with prospects and guide them through the registration and subscription process.
Maintain records of outreach activities and onboarding progress.
Meet or exceed onboarding targets.
Compensation & Incentives
Commission
Earn $10 USD for every educational agency, university, or recruitment organization that is successfully onboarded and activates a paid subscription on Avelnk.
Internet Allowance
Receive a $50 USD Internet Allowance every 4 weeks upon remaining active in the role and consistently performing outreach activities.
Performance Bonus
Earn an additional 25% Performance Bonus every 4 weeks for achieving or exceeding the onboarding target established by Avelnk.
This bonus is separate from and in addition to standard commission earnings.
Example Earnings
If you onboard 20 subscribed partner accounts within a 4-week period:
Commission: 20 × $10 = $200 USD
Internet Allowance: $50 USD
Performance Bonus (if target is achieved): $50 USD
Total Earnings: $300 USD
There is no cap on commission earnings, allowing high performers to significantly increase their income.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in LinkedIn and professional networking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience in business development, recruitment, admissions, sales, or partnership management.
Familiarity with international education, study abroad programs, or student recruitment.
