We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a knack for problem-solving to join our dynamic finance team and drive process improvements and build a best-in-class finance function.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the finance function
  • Develop and implement efficient and scalable processes, leveraging industry best practices, technology  innovative solutions
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving alignment across teams
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while mitigating risks
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the finance function
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, and demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results
  • Hands-on experience with process development and implementation
  • Experience managing system integrations and automation processes
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvements
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, including Tech, Revenue Ops, and Data teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work activities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs
