Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Klaviyo Campaign Management: Spearheaded email marketing initiatives through Klaviyo, ensuring targeted and effective communication.

  • Comprehensive Ad Strategy: Supervise advertising on Meta/Facebook and expand into Google Ads for broader reach.

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Formulate detailed briefs for creatives, aligning content creation with the brand’s strategic goals.

  • Brief Development for Marketing: Generate precise and actionable briefs for content teams, coordinating efforts across email campaigns and digital advertising.

  • Promotional Strategy on Shopify: Design and implement attractive offers and discounts within the Shopify ecosystem.

  • Collaborative Calendar Management: Work in partnership with leadership to orchestrate and fulfill the marketing calendar.

  • Content Quality Oversight: Manage the content review process, ensuring all materials meet brand standards before publication.

  • Automation in Social Media: Leverage platforms like Hootsuite or Publer for streamlined social media scheduling and management.

  • Insights through Market Research: Perform in-depth market analysis to grasp industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.

  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Guide the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, monitoring efficacy and adjusting for impact.

  • Creative Process Supervision: Direct the end-to-end process of content creation, upholding excellence in design and messaging.

  • Landing Page and CRO Tactics: Craft and refine landing pages, utilizing CRO techniques such as A/B testing to enhance user engagement and conversions.

  • SEO Execution: Apply SEO strategies to boost the brand’s digital footprint and connect with a wider audience.

  • Campaign Success & Impact: Achieve notable success in marketing campaigns, marked by heightened engagement and a boost in sales metrics.

  • Collaborative Excellence: Foster strong collaborations with content creators, designers, and partner agencies, resulting in seamless project execution.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Generalized marketing experience with a focus on either Klaviyo, Meta/Facebook, Shopify, or all of them. 

  • Very good copywriting skills.

  • Fair design skills. (Adobe Suite/Photoshop or Canva) 

  • Excellent English fluency.
