We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support the financial operations of our facility.You will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, strong internal controls and operational accountability across our premium wellness environment. You will be expected to handle financial information with the highest level of integrity, confidentiality and precision.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and other financial transactions
- Monitor daily revenue collections across memberships, spa, wellness services, retail and other revenue streams.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Reconciliation & Controls
- Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations of cash, bank, POS and other payment channels.
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong financial controls and documentation.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
Membership & Revenue Accounting
- Maintain accurate records of membership payments, packages, subscriptions and other member-related transactions.
- Reconcile revenue generated across the gym, spa, coffee shop, wellness and recovery services.
- Work closely with the Sales and Front Desk teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
Payroll & Administration
- Support payroll preparation and verification.
- Maintain accurate records of staff-related financial information.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and expense monitoring.
- Support audits and provide financial documentation when required.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable Ghanaian regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support management with accurate financial information for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably within hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail or another service-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experience with POS and payment reconciliation is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
