ADVERTISEMENT FOR AN ACCOUNTS CLERK
We are seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented and service-driven individual to join our
team as an Accounts Clerk. The successful applicant shall assist the Finance Department. He
will be required to show high qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in his area of specialization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Procure items for stores
· Move files from one department to another when the need arises
· Distribute letters and memos to Institute stakeholders
· Run errands on behalf of the Institute
· Photocopying, scanning, laminating and binding office documents
· Ordering office supply and stationery
· Coordinate all courier and messenger services
· Assist with marketing activities of the Institute
· Any other duty as may be assigned
QUALIFICATION
· A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounts
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience as an accounts clerk.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
· Ability to ride a motorbike and must possess a valid motor riding license.
· Must be reliable and also have integrity.
