Role Description The 6-month Internship – Corporate Admin Assistance role is an on-site position based in Accra. The intern will support daily administrative operations, including managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and inquiries, providing courteous customer service to visitors and partners, and assisting with basic accounting and documentation tasks. The intern will collaborate with team members to prepare reports, support event logistics, and ensure smooth office coordination. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in corporate administration within a trade and finance-focused institution.
Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Effective Communication abilities, with professional Phone Etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service orientation, with a focus on courteous and timely support to stakeholders.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge, including handling invoices, expense tracking, and record keeping.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools).
  • Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload responsibly.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a professional environment.
  • Relevant coursework or background in business, administration, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
