Role Description

This full-time Facilitator Trainee role involves supporting the delivery of engaging workshops and hands-on classes focused on 3D technologies like printing, scanning, and design, as well as virtual reality tools. Responsibilities include assisting with curriculum development, guiding and engaging students during workshops, and maintaining equipment used for lessons. Additional tasks involve participating in training sessions to acquire in-depth knowledge of 3D technologies and collaborating with the team to adapt teaching methods. This is a hybrid role based in Accra, Ghana, with some remote work opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or a willingness to learn about 3D technologies, including 3D design, printing, and scanning
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with children and young people
• Organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver workshops
• Aptitude for learning, creativity, and adaptability to work in a hybrid environment
• Teamwork and collaboration experience to support other facilitators and contribute to curriculum development
• Proficiency in basic computer and software applications is an advantage
• Background in STEM education, design, or technology is a plus but not mandatory
