Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods accurately
• Manage inventory and ensure stock records are up to date
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure stock accuracy
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch according to orders
• Ensure proper storage of goods following FIFO/FEFO principles
• Update inventory data in ERP/WMS systems
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety standards
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with company safety and HSE policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
• Good numerical and data accuracy skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is an advantage
