Warehouse Officer
Job descriptions & requirements
Mission Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving shipments and verifying documentation accuracy. Store and organize goods efficiently on racks/shelves in line with space optimization and storage standards. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time to meet customer requirements. Maintain tight inventory control, including tracking movements to prevent discrepancies and losses. Conduct regular stock checks (daily cycle counts, monthly and annual audits) and provide inventory reports to management. Ensure warehouse security, compliance, housekeeping, documentation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile:
Solid knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and quality inspection processes. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to collaborate across teams, lead when required, and drive results. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling changing environments with professionalism and enthusiasm.Location and other info:
