Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items when necessary.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers during their meals and respond to their requests.
- Clear and reset tables after use.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organised at all times.
- Process bills and handle payments where required.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all hygiene and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Must be punctual, honest, and hardworking.
- Minimum of SHS education.
Working Hours
- Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary: GHS1,100
