Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Volunteer Researcher at our location in Accra. The Volunteer Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, gathering and analyzing data, compiling reports, and presenting findings. Key tasks will include identifying trends, supporting project development with evidence-based insights, and collaborating with teams to enhance various company initiatives. The role requires effective communication to present research outcomes clearly and to contribute to informed decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications

• Data collection, analysis, and organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in report compilation and presentations
• Proficiency in research methodologies, analytical tools, and data interpretation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Background in research, project management, or related fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research, or a related discipline preferred
