The Technical Support Representative (TSR) provides advanced technical support to employees and Church operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware, software, mobile devices, and related technology services. The role helps ensure reliable technology services that enable employees and leaders to effectively fulfill their responsibilities.

The TSR serves as a key point of contact for end users, delivers excellent customer service, and supports technology projects and system improvements across the organization.

Provide advanced technical support for computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual, and videoconferencing equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and end-user application issues. Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade technology equipment and software. Respond to service requests and incidents while meeting established service standards. Support deployment of new technologies, upgrades, and project rollouts. Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, configurations, and solutions. Assist with technology asset management and inventory tracking. Provide user training and guidance on technology tools and best practices. Collaborate with regional and global technology teams to resolve complex issues. Participate in after-hours support rotations when required. Travel occasionally to support Church facilities and users within the assigned area Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience providing technical support in a professional environment. Strong knowledge of:Microsoft Windows operating systemsMicrosoft 365 applicationsMobile device managementHardware troubleshootingNetworking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)Videoconferencing technologies Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
