Position: Technical Marketing Officer – Medical Diagnostics

Job Locations: Kumasi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals and corporates to promote Althea Lifecare’s diagnostic services.
• Drive business development and increase sale for medical imaging, laboratory, and pathology services.
• Establish and manage tie-ups with hospital laboratories and healthcare institutions for processing their samples at Althea Lifecare.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and strengthen the organization’s presence in the local healthcare market.
• Conduct extensive field visits, client meetings, and regular follow-ups with healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with internal laboratory and imaging teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare market feedback, client reports, and business development updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in business development, client relationship management, medical diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical diagnostic and pathology services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (Class B) and ability to drive confidently.

Location-Specific Requirements

Candidates must be based in Kumasi (Ashanti Region) and have good knowledge of the city, its healthcare facilities, and surrounding areas.
