Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key tasks include preparing and implementing instructional materials, managing classroom activities, supporting students' academic growth, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, Education, and Teaching methodologies
• Strong Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Expertise in Training and supporting the individual growth and learning needs of students
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Previous experience in teaching or education is preferred
• Ability to inspire and motivate students, coupled with empathy and a passion for learning
• Knowledge in integrating technology and modern tools into teaching is a plus
