We believe in data-driven growth and are looking for energetic individuals to help us understand our customers better as we scale.

Role Description

This is a fully flexible, remote, and field-based role. You choose when and where you work! Your goal is to get students and community members to complete our market research survey.

You will be provided with a unique QR code (or link: survey.bosemshito.com) to share. Whether you are in a lecture, at church, or just hanging out with friends, you can earn by simply getting people to scan and fill out the form.

Where you can promote:

• WhatsApp/Instagram/Telegram: Share your link/QR code in department, hostel, or social groups.
• On Campus: Before or after lectures, or while walking to class.
• Social Gatherings: Church services, sports events, or student hangouts.
• Peer-to-Peer: Simply ask your friends and classmates to help out.

Qualifications

• Must be a student
• Reliable and honest in tracking survey completions.

Compensation & Terms

• Pay Rate: GH₵ 1.00 per completed survey.
• Minimum Payout: GH₵ 10.00 (Paid once you reach a minimum of 10 verified survey entries).
• No Deadlines: Work at your own pace until you hit your targets.
• No Fixed Hours: Perfect for balancing with your studies.
