Student Recruitment Lead

As the Student Recruitment Lead – Africa, you will play a pivotal role in driving student enrolment growth and strengthening the institution’s presence across key African markets. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead student recruitment, outreach, and conversion activities across assigned markets in Africa.

Provide end-to-end guidance and support to prospective students, from initial inquiry through enrolment, on behalf of the assigned Canadian higher education institution.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing student recruitment agencies in alignment with institutional partnership criteria.

Manage and grow relationships with approved education agents to ensure strong performance, compliance, and quality student outcomes.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with school counsellors and administrators at leading private and international schools across Africa.

Identify and represent the institution at key student recruitment fairs, school visits, and marketing events throughout the region.

Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights, and regular performance reports to inform recruitment strategy and decision-making.

Coordinate logistics and provide on-the-ground support for representatives from the institution’s International Office during visits to Africa.
