Job Summary
Maintain responsibility for leading Booz Allen’s multi-year financial forecasting, investment management, and assessment of value creation. Collaborate with teams across Finance and the broader business to incorporate relevant information into the management of a complex multi-year strategic model. Lead a team member in running scenario analysis to comprehend trade-offs of different business and financial decisions, including mix shifts, portfolio shaping, divestitures, M&A, and various target leverage levels, debt structures, and capital deployment alternatives, such as M&A, share buybacks, and dividends. Compile presentations to provide business leaders with the information they need to effectively manage the business and insights to enable financial value creation. Manage the Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) from a Finance standpoint, in partnership with the Corporate Strategy team. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 10+ years of experience with financial model execution and oversight
- Experience modeling the three core financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and the linkages between them
- Experience with modeling to both oversee scenario modeling and teach junior staff when required
- Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate financial information both orally and visually, compiling complex Excel outputs and synthesizing data into executive-level PowerPoint presentations to effectively convey financial insights or trends
- Ability to manage network of internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with investment banking preferred
- Experience with government services preferred
- Possession of excellent problem solving and analytical skills
