Stock Keeper
Job summary
We are looking for a Stock Keeper who will be responsible for monitoring and recording daily production quantities, conducting regular stock counts, and maintaining accurate production and stock records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Check and record daily production quantities.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile stock records.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement, including items received, issued, and produced.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of stock.
- Prepare basic stock and production reports for management.
Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications:
- SHS/WASSCE or equivalent.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to maintain simple production and stock records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous experience in stock keeping, production records, or warehouse operations is preferred.
