Social Media Strategist (Hybrid)

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for WeWrite Africa and our clients across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
• Plan and manage content calendars, working closely with our creative and design team
• Grow community engagement and turn followers into real business outcomes 
• Track performance, report on results, and continuously optimise based on data
• Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or an agency
• A sharp understanding of what works on African social media 
• Strong writing and content instincts; you know a good hook when you see one
• Comfort working across multiple client accounts and industries
• Bonus: Experience with Canva/CapCut and social media scheduling tools
