Turn followers into revenue. Phlenu is hiring a Social Media Sales & Growth Associate to drive real sales — not just likes — across TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp for one of Ghana's fastest-growing digital brands.

Phlenu is a growing African ecosystem spanning e-commerce (Phlenu Shopping), logistics (Phlenu Delivery), and business solutions (Phlenu Business, launching soon). We're building the future of digital commerce in Ghana and Nigeria — and we need someone who can sell it.
What You'll Do
- Sell through social. Drive direct sales and sign-ups via TikTok and Instagram Lives, Reels, Stories, DMs, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Close in real time. Respond to inquiries, push promotions, and convert comments and DMs into paying customers.
- Create content that converts. Plan and publish sales-focused content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube Shorts using local trends and language that resonate in Ghana.
- Run campaigns. Execute weekly promotions, flash sales, and product launches.
- Build community. Grow a high-trust online audience and partner with micro-influencers and affiliates in Ghana and Nigeria.
- Track what works. Report weekly on social-driven sales, leads, and DM/WhatsApp conversion rates — then optimize.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience driving sales (not just engagement) through TikTok and Instagram
- Hands-on experience with DM selling and WhatsApp conversions
- Strong understanding of Ghanaian consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills — able to switch between professional and street-smart tones
- Comfort working with sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Flexibility to work peak engagement hours, including some evenings and weekends
Nice to Have
- Experience running Meta or TikTok ads
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or consumer brands
- Influencer or affiliate marketing experience
How Success Is Measured
Revenue generated from social platforms, leads and conversions via Live/DMs/WhatsApp, engagement-to-sale conversion rate, and influencer/affiliate sales performance.
