Social Media Manager

Jan Cosmic Foundation (JCF) is seeking a creative, organized Media & Content Manager to lead our digital media activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop JCF’s content and social media strategy.
• Manage YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and other platforms.
• Plan content calendars and oversee timely publishing.
• Coordinate videos, graphics, photography, event coverage and promotional content.
• Write or supervise captions, titles and descriptions.
• Lead the media team and maintain consistent quality and branding.
• Monitor analytics to improve reach and engagement.
• Organize digital assets and identify new content opportunities.
  

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in social media, digital media or content creation.
• Understanding of content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong visual, storytelling and branding skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and lead a creative team.
• Comfort with cameras, production and events.
• Good communication, initiative and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn JCF’s work, message and audience.
  

AN ADDED ADVANTAGE

Experience with:

• Video editing, photography or videography
• Graphic design and content marketing
• YouTube, Meta Business Suite or TikTok management
• Social media analytics or livestream production
• Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva or similar tools

You do not need to master every tool. We need someone who can lead production, recognize quality work and ensure delivery.
